Krikor Maroukian has been leading the service management consultancy for Microsoft Greece since 2015. Krikor is author of books by Axelos, ITIL®4 Managing Professional High-Velocity IT and Managing Cloud Services. He is also the International Representative of BoD IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Greece, member of BoD British Computer Society (BCS) The Chartered Institute for IT – Hellenic Section and official judge of PMO Global Awards 2021.

In the past, he has held project management and information security management positions. He helps organizations across industries, design and adopt cross-cultural and cross-functional, agile and lean service management approaches in EMEA region.

Krikor has delivered more than 30 keynote presentations in conferences globally and has been a member of organizing committees for more than 15 European conferences.

Krikor is also a researcher at Henley Business School, UK, holds a UK design patent and has authored academic papers on the topics of leadership, DevOps, project management and model-driven business process engineering. Krikor was awarded the Highly Commended paper in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence.
